जीत  — पैरा एथलीटस् की 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 कठिन परिश्रम किया मैंने था, कांटों की राह पर मैं चला था, मंजिल को ढूंढने मैं निकला था, भरोसा यह मुझे खुद पर था, यह मंजिल मुझे मिलेगी इतनी जल्दी — मुझे खुद पर यकीन न था। टोक्यो पैराओलिंपिक में खिलाडियों का इतना सुंदर प्रदर्शन आज देश को गौरवान्वित कर रहा है, जिनको शारीरिक कमजोरी के कारण कमजोर समझा जाता है आज वही लोग विभिन्न खेलों में अन्य देशों से लोहा मनवा रहे हैं । सभी को गर्व ऐसे खिलाड़ियों पर जो इतनी कठिनाइयों के कारण भी मैदान में डटे रहे और अन्य साधारण लोगों को भी प्रेरित किया कि वे कार्य जगत में मेहनत करें व देश का नाम रोशन करें। यह मेरे स्व-रचित विचार हैं ।👆 Gandhiji's Quote👆

लॉकडाउन में जब मैंने रसोई घर में नेतृत्व किया तो मानो— पाकशास्त्र मुझसे यह कह रहा, चलो आजमा लिया जाए मुझे तेरे द्वारा, तेरे कर कमलों के लालित्य का— पान कर लिया जाए मेरे द्वारा। लॉकडाउन की केवल एक बात बड़ी ही मनोहारी है कि पहले तो सभी रसोई घर में जाने से पीछे हटते थे लेकिन वैश्विक महामारी ने सभी को बाध्य किया की वे रसोई घर के नियमों को जाने उन्हें समझे। मैंने भी एक प्रयास किया पाक शास्त्र सीखने और अनुभव किया मानो वह प्रतिदिन मुझसे उपर्युक्त पंक्तियां कह रहा हो जिन्हें मैंने अभिव्यक्त किया।🙏🏻🙏🏻

  Covid-19 : स्वच्छता, सुरक्षा और स्वास्थ्य संकर की इस घड़ी में न घबराना,  रचनात्मक कार्यों में संलग्न रहना,  स्वच्छता का नियम कोरोना ने बतलाया,  हमें इसका पालन जरूर है करना ।                                           —  स्व रचित वर्ष 2020 में आई वैश्विक महामारी कोविड19 से सभी देशों की व्यवस्था अस्त-व्यस्त हो गई । इस महामारी के कारण सामाजिक दूरी अर्थात जब किसी स्थल पर ज्यादा लोग एकत्रित हो तो लोगों को एक-दूसरे से दूरी बना कर रखनी है। इसी के साथ स्वच्छता का बोलबाला अधिक रहा कि जब किसी भी जगह से घर आएं तो हाथों को अच्छे से बीस सेकंड तक धोना व मास्क पहनना आदि आवश्यक हो गया। इस वैश्विक महामारी ने सभी को स्वच्छता का नियम बतलाया और इस निष्ठुर समय में प्रत्येक जन अपनी व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता के साथ-साथ आस पास की जगह को भी स्वच्छ रखने का प्रयास करना चाहिए। यदि प्रत्येक जन स्व स्वच्छता के साथ सामाजिक स्वच्छता का भी ध्यान रखे तो अन्य घातक बीमारियों का खतरा कम हो जाएगा । यह क...

'धूप और बदल की जोड़ी ' अरे बादल ! कैसे तुम बरसे,  मानो खिन्न - से हो हमसे, प्रतीक्षा थी हमें आपकी कब से, और देखो रुष्ट से तुम बरसे, भीषण गर्मी क्या कम थी,  जो तुम ऐसे हो बरसे, उमस है इतनी,  सीकर में स्नान किया हो जैसे। न ही आते बदरा तुम अच्छे, सहते तीक्ष्ण गर्मी हम वो अच्छे, इतना कम तो न बरसो,  पृथ्वी की शांति का ख्याल रखो,  त्राहि-त्राहि न मचने दो  नीर विलुप्त न होने दो, जल पूर्ति मरुस्थल में किया करो,  यूहिँ तुम आद्रि पर मोहित मत हुआ करो,  बस कुछ क्षण झम-झम बरसा करो, वीर तुम सदैव शीतल बयार लिए रहो, यदि न भी तुम बरसो, शीतल बयार चलाया करो, मानव मन को ठंडक पहुंचाया करो। स्व रचित पंक्तियां जो मैंने उमस से परेशान होकर लिखी और उमस की पीड़ा को कम करने का प्रयास किया। इन पंक्तियों को पढ़ कर मन तक स्वयं ही शीतलता पहुंच जाती है। 🙏🏻🙏🏻📋📋☁️⛅🌧️🌦️

  Introduction : In today's world, the population is growing at a faster rate, the use of vehicles is also increasing day by day. Before Covid19 pandemic every nation was concerned to conserve their environment. During the lockdown in most of the nations people have breathed in the clean ai r und saw the beauty of nature. Now again the economies have started working again and this is the crucial time to act and move towards the green environment and clean environment. To do this, we need to cut the sources which are highly polluted. We need to free our environment from the claws of carbon emissions and carbon dioxide. In this direction, India can play a vital role by switching over to electric vehicles so that we shall ensure greener or cleaner ecology to our future generations.
